Overview A Remote Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients remotely. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, and responding to customer inquiries. Detailed Job Description The Remote Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients remotely. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical support to clients. They will also be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

• Knowledge of computer systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service or technical support
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of computer systems and software
