They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical support to clients. They will also be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills
