Overview: TEEMA is a 100% home-based recruiting model. We are a 15 year old staffing firm that continues to grow organically and aggressively, amassing over $182M in sales in 2022. We are looking for established and top performing Client Manager Professionals who are interested in working in a 100% commission environment that pays the top commissions in our industry. You will be joining our existing team of >250 Members across North America who are the highest paid professionals in our field and serve >1,000 active Clients across 8 Staffing Verticals with Contract, Temp, Full-time and Executive positions.

Things you NEED to bring:

● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment Agency environment, ideally 5+ years recruiting.

● Proven success as a Recruiter

● Professionalism

● Positive attitude

● Business savvy

● Relationship orientation

● Energy

It would be GREAT if you had experience:

● Making business decisions continuously

● With Staff Augmentation / Contract

● On both sides of the recruitment desk (Sales & Delivery)

● In a Commissioned environment (ideally 100%)

● Being self-directed day-to-day

● Working from home

● Empowering yourself and those around you to greatness

● Leveraging your existing Recruitment expertise to build a new book of business on our platform

● Learning from our Onboarding team and gaining mentorship and coaching from a proven successful Member here, your Partner

● Engaging with various established subject matter expert Recruitment Professionals to serve our Clients and Candidates and fill positions

● Joining an established, proven and consistently successful TEEM of Recruitment Professionals

● Developing yourself and your skills
