Senior Collection Agent Jobs

Experience with both BSP and ARC

5+ years of experience as a Ticketing Agent

Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients

Experience as an international rate desk agent (an asset)

Familiarity with passport and visa requirements for international travel

Oversee queues that are assigned to them, including but not limited to schedule changes, ticket exchanges, general invoicing, refunds and more.

Must have strong time management skills and be able to adhere to tight deadlines

Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a range of partners

Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)

Communicate with Sales Teams to ensure all customers that need to be placed on hold are done so.

Generate billing – both weekly and monthly for all Regions

Review the information for accuracy and communicate any issues with Sales Teams.

Minimum five (5) years experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities.

Must have 5+ years experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency).

Discover and sign large influencers who are looking for business management

University degree or equivalent experience

Representing the business and brands of leading social media personalities

Seek out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole

Traiter les comptes en souffrance depuis moins de 60 jours.

Communiquer avec les clients par courriel et par téléphone.
