Costumer Service Agent Jobs

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent for a company that is a leader in the manufacturing of fitness equipment.
Position: Customer Service Agent
Salary : 45 000 - 50 000
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Type of position : Permanent full time
Workplace : Anjou

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email or call.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve them in the most cost effective manner possible - using diagnostic procedures
• Enter all data and requests made into the CRM

Qualifications
The qualifications required for this position are :

• Bilingualism required (English/French)
• Experience with Zendesk an asset
• High school diploma
• 1 to 3 years experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of the fitness industry an asset
• Good ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite
