Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Organize the back of house (BOH) workspace to maximize efficiency.

Demonstrated ability in the initiation and management of IV therapy and administration of IV medications.

An undergraduate degree in business, operations, management, or recreation

A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team in an operations environment  

A minimum of 5 years’ experience with customer service and customer relations   

Experience working in recreation, children’s programming, hospitality, and/or restaurant industry

Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing and/or Animal Science/Nutrition or equivalent level of relevant experience

3-5 years of marketing related experience preferred

Sales experience is a great asset

Pet Industry and animal health experience are highly prioritized and strongly valued.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Utilize stock management knowledge to communicate product sales trends

Initiate and communicate team objectives and updates with Management and Stock Team

Ensure a safe work environment by following specific rules, regulations, policies, and procedures continuously. SAFETY FIRST!

Check-in passengers, and their baggage, at the ticket counter, while collecting proper fees and issuing boarding passes

Handling customer complaints when problems arise (i.e. lost/delayed baggage, baggage/reservations/change fees cancelled and/or delayed flights)

Make clear, professional, and concise announcements regarding flight activities at the gate over the airport's PA system

At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Process and secure guest luggage. Enters and maintains delayed or damaged luggage claims using a data entry system.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A minimum of 1 year of customer service or community service experience.

Assist guests with travel needs (e.g., answering inquiries, baggage, ticketing, checking-in passengers and boarding flights).

Assists with mishandled guests as a result of oversold flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed or damaged luggage.

A minimum of 1 year of recent* experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor of a customer-facing, service environment.

Degree, diploma or certificate in business or retail management or successful completion of a supervisory/leadership course.

Experience must include direct accountability for achieving and driving sales

Experience in an environment with annual sales in excess of $1 million.

Experience with visual presentation standards and KPIs.

Recent experience is defined as occurring within the past 5 years.

1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
