The position at a glance
Global Banking Americas Legal provides transactional, structural and advisory services for Global Banking Americas business units, including leveraged finance, project finance, transaction banking, cash management, ABL, structured finance, coverage and workout.
In detail
  • Assist staff attorneys with the preparation of legal documentation for bilateral credit lines.
  • Assist in the review of confidentiality agreements and syndicated loan facilities where the Bank is a participant.
  • Preparation and collection of closing documents for credit facilities.
  • Work on ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Organize and distribute work to staff attorneys and maintain various group spreadsheets for internal reporting purposes.

  • Three+ years of law firm or in-house experience
  • Knowledge in English is required

  • General knowledge of financial services industry and industry practices
