Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Co-working Community Manager to join our team in Montreal, QC. The Co-Working Community Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and engaging environment in-person for our members. This includes developing and executing initiatives to build relationships, foster collaboration, and create a sense of community. The Co-Working Community Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the space, including responding to inquiries, organizing events, and providing support to members.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism in French and English
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service and event planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the local community and its resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
