We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and proactively manage and develop relationships with existing customers and distribution channels, while also seeking out new opportunities for growth and staying up to date with market trends and developments in the region. Your customer base will cover military and law enforcement, as well as distributor partnerships.

You will play an important role in…
- Manage and develop current major and key accounts in a professional manner.
- Stay on top of trends and development in the region including bids and tenders, improve end-user relationships and seek collaborations with relevant third parties in the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in Canada.
- Marketing efforts, such as planning and participating in trade shows within an INVISIO framework and in cooperation with local partners.
- Administrative tasks, such as tracking sales performance and results, as well as managing budgets and expenses.
- Provide training and education to the rest of the sales team, as well as distributor partners.
