Job Description

Members of our HR of the Future practice have an extensive track record of delivering complex and significant projects, and are focused on helping our clients develop and implement their HR strategy to drive meaningful results for HR and the employees they support. As part of the HR of the Future practice, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of HR transformation, including developing HR strategies, designing and implementing future state HR operating models & organization design, developing HR technology strategies, and providing HR advisory support alongside HR technology implementations, among other critical offerings, to enhance the HR and employee experience.

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
As a ServiceNow Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. In this role, you will lead our Digital HR Operations Transformation offerings, enabled by ServiceNow HRSD and other enabling technologies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation
  • Help clients establish their HR enabling technology strategies and solution architecture, in line with their HR strategy and HR service delivery model design
  • Lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations including strategy, design, configuration, testing and deployment; leading a team of functional and technical team members to deliver ServiceNow HRSD programs
  • Work with the leadership team to contribute to the practice’s vision and strategy and deliver against priorities
  • Help clients tackle end-to-end transformation and deliver extraordinary results
  • Understand the intersects of HR technology and HR Service Delivery, and how HR technology can enable the HR function
  • Work with other talented PwC professionals on high-profile engagements; you will have diverse and challenging opportunities to bring your expertise to the following areas
  • Payroll Advisory Services
  • HR Operations Build & Design
  • HR Strategy
  • Leveraging a strong grasp of the market, lead associated business development opportunities, helping to expand PwC Canada’s breadth and market presence in this space
  • HR Operating Model & Organizational Design
  • HR Domain Strategy Design
  • HR Technology Strategy, Vendor Selection & Business Case
  • Lead the team to further refine methodologies, digital tools, and assets

Experiences And Skills You’ll Use To Solve
  • Client Relationships: Communicate (written and verbal) with impact, build relationships with an open mind and are passionate about client service excellence.
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
  • Strong alliances with ServiceNow is an asset

  • Travel Requirements up to 50%, as needed

  • Experience in and/or designing and implementing HR Operations function
  • Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations
  • Substantial years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, experience with ServiceNow HRSD is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience of HR function transformation in either a consulting or in-house capacity in a leadership role
  • ServiceNow HRSD certification is preferred
  • Whole Leadership: Lead teams and create and contribute to the development of thought leaders
  • Substantial years of professional consulting experience, delivering service in industries such as Public Sector (including Federal Government) clients as well as across other in industries such as Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Energy or Utilities
