Job Description

Role: Global HR Manager (HRIS) HR- Workday

Loc: Markham, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)

Type: Fulltime

Exp: 10 Years

TotalCashCompensationPrograms:

·Research, recommend and support groups/divisions implementation of annual competitivecash compensation programs for all Multimatic occupied countries. This includes supportingthe development of base salary ranges, merit budget recommendations, and incentive cashbonuslevels,aswellasthecoordinationoftheannualsalaryreviewprocessandbonus/profitpayments forall employees.

·Provide research and support to group/division management and the HR team with respectto global compensation, health and benefit, government employment programs, regulatoryrequirements etc. for existing and prospective geographic regions of operation and ensuretheprograms remainmarket-aligned withintendedcompetitive position.

·Manage external network of industry professionals/consulting firms and services related torelevant competitive data and broader trends in the compensation pension and benefitsarena.


HRIS:



·ServeascorporateleadinallphasesoftheimplementationandongoingmaintenanceoftheHRIS(Workday)tofurtherdevelopanddeployimprovedHRtoolsandprocessesthroughouttheorganization.

·Collaboratewithpayroll/finance,withthesupportofIT,toensuretheorganizationismaximizing the ROI for the HRIS in all countries of operation with respect to all integrationopportunities (i.e.,time and attendance) and workflows.

·Collaboratewithgroupsinthecreation/deploymentofstandardizedHRKPIreporting.

·ServeastheorganizationalHRISsubjectmatterexpertinsupportingtheongoingneedsfromtheinternal HR/businesscommunity.


RegulatoryCompliance:

·Overseeandhelpensureregulatorycompliance(globally)inmattersrelatedtototalcompensation; including for example, Pay Equity, records management and informationprivacy; train and support groups/divisions in complying with their local requirements andreporting(i.e.,EEOC).

·Prepareannual/quarterlyreportsandnotificationsfortheBoardof Directors asrequired.

·Prepareagenda/materialsandactassecretaryforannualPension/BenefitReviewCommittee meetings.


WHATDOYOUNEEDTOSUCCEED:

·Universitydegree, HumanResources/BusinessManagement.

·CEBS/CHRPDesignationorequivalentcompensation,pensions,orbenefitsspecialtyrecognition,as well as having servedinan activerole inindustry groups.

·5years’experienceinamanagementlevelpositiondirectlyresponsibleforTotalRewardsand HRsystems.

·Indepthknowledgeoftheregulatoryenvironmentofcompensation, pensionandbenefits, inCanada,Mexico,UKandthe United States.

ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS-TECHNICALORFUNCTIONALCOMEPETENCYREQUIREMENT:

·Strongmanagement,leadershipandexcellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills,capable of interacting with all levels of employees (hourly and salaried) and executives, withstrongwritten and verbal communication skills.

·Excellentanalyticalandproblem-solvingskills,withsignificantprojectmanagementcapabilities.

·Strongknowledgeof HumanResourcesInformationSystems;Workdaypreferred.

·GlobalMobilityexperienceanasset.
