Partner with managers on talent management processes and initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, talent reviews, performance management, training and development;

Advanced Excel skills required; experience in developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets;

Support the annual budget preparation and partner with the Finance team to create monthly and quarterly forecasting reports;

Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
