Human Resources Manager - US/Canada Residents only, Full-Time, Salary $120K-$130K. (On Behalf of Our Recruitment Client)

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.


Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a Human Resources management role.
