Human Resources Coordinator - Service Operations

A Day in the Life

• In-depth knowledge of all Service roles and regular evaluation of Service Operations job descriptions to reflect business needs
• Work as a partner with various local HR Representatives to support our Service Operations across Canada and the USA
• Enter organizational changes into HRIS system and assist with any employee inquiries
• Ensure that there are consistencies across the HR portion of our Service organization in regards to processes and procedures
• Work closely with the local Service manager and recruitment team to understand local recruitment market and on innovative recruitment ideas or suggestions
• Participate in HR or Service Operations special projects as needed
• Assist with any recruitment efforts by posting and sorting job advertisements, sourcing resumes, conducting phone pre-screens, arranging interviews, sitting in on interviews, conducting reference checks
• Work closely with Service Training Specialist to create a comprehensive training schedule, conduct new hire orientations and assist new hires through onboarding process

What We Are Seeking

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, post-secondary college programs considered an asset
• Job Functions: Human Resources, Coordinator
• Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet pressing deadlines and anticipate client needs while maintaining confidentiality
• Proactive and process-oriented working style, with attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain strong, open, and honest relationships

• 1-2 years Human Resources experience preferred
