We partner with some of the best and well-known Test and Measurement manufacturers such as NI (National Instruments), Tektronix, Rohde and Schwarz, VIAVI and Anritsu.



The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding. The Coordinator will also assist with the development of new Human Resources policies and procedures.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with other duties, as assigned.
  • Coordinate the occupational healthy and safety program.
  • Assist with recruitment for new employees by networking, conducting phone calls, and social media outreach.
  • Answering inbound calls related to HR inquiries.
  • Maintain HR software program by updating account and contact notes, tasks, and opportunities.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist with employee relations including but not limited to resolving employee complaints, complaints in writing, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Lead/assist with coordinating/planning company events, as necessary.
  • Assist in training and development administration/coordination.
  • Assist with development of new Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Manage personnel files.
  • Provide strong HR client support to all employees and ensure all employee inquiries have been addressed.
  • Coordinate the performance development program.


Education, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Strong preference for individual with a specialization in human resources management or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with and directly support employees on an ongoing basis both remotely and in person.
  • A certificate, diploma, or degree in business administration or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience working in a Human Resources or administrative support capacity.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
