Overview The Human Resources Talent Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources team in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This position is responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The Talent Coordinator will also provide support to the HR team in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Detailed Job Description• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs and processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations programs and processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs and processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data.
• Provide support to the HR team in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management processes.
• Knowledge of compliance processes.

• At least two years of experience in Human Resources.
