We are currently seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to include the following. The Talent Coordinator will conduct the follow-up of employee recruitment, representing Intercept as a great place to work and grow. They will work with internal and external sources to determine best placement for potential employees based off their qualifications. The Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Liaison.
Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED Required. Three years of experience in sales or customer services. Experience with college recruiting, social media networking, and proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 is a plus.
