Job Description
Reporting to the HR Manager you will assist the facility HR team in all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, staffing, recruitment, training, benefits and leaves.This is an entry level HR opportunity that can lead to advancement within the organization.

Key Accountabilities


  • Assisting with employee relations
  • Recruitment and on-boarding of hourly employees
  • Data entry of employee information into the HRIS and other systems
  • Prepare letters, memos and PowerPoint presentations
  • Complete standard monthly HR reports for the HR Manager and leadership team


Minimum Requirements


  • Previous experience with a HRIS is desired
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge or current Employment legislation
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Working towards a CHRP designation is an asset
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
