Director International
Regular Full-Time
Duties: This position reports to the Vice President, External Relations and develops and oversees the College's Internationalization strategy and operational management of International Student Recruitment Program, International Student Support and Retention, and Specialized Study Programs, in alignment with the College's strategic directives and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience providing leadership within a unionized environment International work/travel experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field with 5 or more years of related experience in international education and/or business, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Extensive knowledge of and/or experience in postsecondary education, international student recruitment strategies and international student programming
- Experience working on international marketing, recruitment campaigns and building relationships with international recruiters/agents/ aggregators.
- RISIA qualification is an asset.
- Extensive cross-cultural experience including experience in communication with international partners and second language learners who have minimal English skills
- Second language preferred

Salary: The starting annual salary is $103,214 to $137,618 for this Management Group position. Management Group employees are eligible for annual salary increases within and above the starting range through demonstrated performance.
