Position Description Summary

The Data Controller will be responsible for the evaluation and production of data reports. They will also play a small role in the administration of inputting new employee data and employee related timekeeping reports.

Principal Accountabilities

• Data entry of customer information
• Setting up new employees in the scheduling system
• Working in collaboration with our client’s finance team
• Reconciling invoices from employment agencies with actually staffing
• Coordinating with our client in reconciling and verifying distribution entries, damage logs, and POs
• Creating employee profiles and assisting Supervisors in reporting
• Liaise with internal departments and clients
• Collaborating with our client when identifying distribution errors and finding mutual solutions

Knowledge and Skills

• GMP trained
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office – proficient in Excel
• Detail oriented and excellent time management with the ability to multitask
• Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing process
• Minimum two years’ experience in a warehouse environment
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
