Job Description

Our client has a great permanent opportunity for a CPA controller to join them in south Kitchener. They are a well-established global company looking to pay $120K - $140K depending on experience.You will report to the COO and will support all accounting operations for Canada managing a team of 5.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting for the company
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly financial statement
  • Work with operations to help reduce costs and improve efficiencies
  • Manage financial controls
  • Cash forecasting and management
  • Assist with other projects as required
  • Provide corporate with KPI data weekly
  • Lead and mentor a well-established accounting team


Required

  • 3 plus years of leadership experience is required.
  • Experience with a large ERP system
  • Experience working for a manufacturing company is required
  • To be considered you must have your CPA designation
