Role Overview
As a Corporate Service Account Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience for our corporate customers. You will provide a dedicated and comprehensive service, acting as the primary point of contact for Group Secretaries and Intermediaries within your portfolio and deliver the highest level of customer care, creating extraordinary relationships resulting in good business retention and expansion.
What You Will Do

• Effectively process the renewal of the corporate groups in your portfolio, collaborating with all relevant parties, working to deadlines whilst ensuring attention to detail and great quality
• Proactively manage the relationship with your portfolio including the management of High value Corporate Group schemes acting as the primary point of contact for Group Secretaries and Intermediaries, supporting the onboarding of new clients and sub-groups.
• Work with a broad range of stakeholders in Bupa; coordinating and negotiating the best possible outcomes to resolve all queries on behalf of the corporate group and Intermediary, offering one point of contact and a seamless service.
• Build collaborative relationships and work closely with internal teams such as Corporate Sales, New Business, Finance and Claims to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Attend face to face client visits where appropriate. Confidently participate, supporting the Sales Account Manager and deliver on actions within agreed timescales.
• Be accountable as an essential, dedicated relationship manager for portfolio of corporate groups and brokers provide world class service by phone and in writing
• Respond to all day-to-day incoming queries from Group Secretaries/ Intermediaries effectively build strong working relationships with our clients.
• Recognise trends of issues and where other processes are going wrong and be proactive in recommending solutions and making difficult decisions.
• Support and train other team members depending on experience and knowledge

What You Will Bring

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation both within Bupa and externally with corporate clients.
• Background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets when working under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes
• To have excellent geographical knowledge and understanding of cultural drivers’ appreciation of different time zones.
