Overview A Customer Service Account Manager is responsible for providing customer service and managing customer accounts. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as providing customer service support. Detailed Job Description A Customer Service Account Manager is responsible for providing customer service and managing customer accounts. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as providing customer service support. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner.
