Job Title: Account Manager

Schedule: Full time - 9am to 5pm CST

Compensation: USD 13 -15, hourly

We are seeking a highly motivated, extroverted, and out-of-the-box thinking Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong time management, customer service, and self-management skills. They will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This is a full-time position, with the possibility of occasional overtime, working from 9 am to 5 pm CST.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client relationships through WhatsApp (30%)
• Conduct bi-weekly check-in calls with clients (40%)
• Attend and participate in internal meetings (30%)

Qualifications:

• Preferably a well-rounded "unicorn" candidate
• Strong work-from-home experience
• Work experience is not as important as being a smart, out-of-the-box thinker
• Self-managing and able to work independently
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

Software Proficiency:

• GSuite
• Willingness to learn and train in other tools as needed
• Slack
