7 years + of R&D/Product Development experience in a food production facility

Minimum of 2 years experience in managing and growing existing accounts

Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or communications

Business-to-business sales experience providing service solutions to industrial and commercial accounts preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong account management skills to retain and grow accounts

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management

• Prospect leads and perform cold calls to build pipeline

• Develop and execute plans to achieve corporate revenue goals

• Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met

• Meet or exceed sales quota as defined by the company

Post-secondary education in dietary management and the successful completion of a recognized Food Services Program.

Minimum 2 years dietary management experience in long-term care setting preferred

Superb organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.

Current membership in the Canadian Society of Nutritional Management (C.S.N.M.) or a Registered Dietician required

Strong leadership skills to direct the work of employees.

Experience managing employees within a unionized setting.

Min experience of 3 years in Food Service Sales consistently meeting/exceeding targets

Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors across clients at all levels

Ambitious and enthusiastic with strong listening and interpersonal skills

Excellent Organizational skills and IT fluency

Establish and Manage the Food Service Sales Objectives & Budget including:

Establish a network of strong relationships at existing and prospect customers via face-to-face meetings.

Document and share findings via prompt call reporting. Implement strategies to maintain or move to a position of value-added supplier.

A post-secondary certificate in food service in Food and Nutrition, Preparation/Management or equivalent.

Must have experience in quantity food preparation and the preparation of therapeutic diets. (minced & pureed)

Has knowledge of any potential or actual danger to health or safety in the workplace.

·Passion for cooking and creating a dining experience that people enjoy and want to retreat to.

·Experience with Point Click Care is an asset.

·Is part of a manager on duty rotation.
