Job Title: Business Analyst/Account Manager
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst/Account Manager to join our startup team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and providing effective solutions to meet the company’s objectives. As an Account Manager, the candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of business processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve business performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, including timelines and milestones.
- Identify, track, and report on key deliverables and milestones to measure project progress according to the project plans.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in Jira, Basecamp or Trello and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
