Financial Analyst – Account Manager Jobs

4+ years of experience in Client Service or account management.

Financial background in account management.

Build, develop, and manage strong client relationships with existing professional translation services clients.

Working knowledge and proficiency using CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

Superior organizational skills - able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, managing changing priorities, and working under pressure.

Very strong work ethics and interpersonal skills essential to develop trusted relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent

Support to Billing scheduling and Invoicing issues (as they arise).

Eligible for Canadian Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (as a minimum, preferable up to Secret) and Canadian Controlled Goods Clearance.

Strong proficiency with MS Excel.

Proficiency with SharePoint, Planisware and Oracle.

High level of attention to detail

Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills and decision making capabilities

Work with the business team to drive customer & market knowledge, insights and processes to profitably drive the business forward

Create and manage standard analytical tools and reporting to provide insights by product category, region and customer (including customer scorecards)

· Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferably within a consumer-packaged goods environment

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to partner with business teams

· Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or account management.

- Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Proficient in Jira, Basecamp or Trello and project management software.
