Our client, is looking for an Administrative Accounting Assistant to join their team for a contract opportunity in Dartmouth NS.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative/Accounting Assistant will support in the day-to-day general administrative functions including accounts payable, accounts receivables and customers call
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) dayshift
Rate of pay: $20-23 per hour
Potential start date: July 31, 2023
Contract Length: 2-3 months with a high potential of extension

Main duties will include but not limited to:
- General bookkeeping tasks
- Process accounts receivable and payables
- Answer phone calls
- General support to the team as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Data entry skills.
- Able to work 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
- Experience with SAGE (an asset).
- Dispatch experience (an asset).
