What You Will Do

• Any other duties as assigned
• Address computer and administrative questions from customers
• Assist end users with setting up computer equipment
• Coordinate with other staff and users to support the daily IT operation
• IT lab facility management
• Report to the IT and Admin Specialist and solve technical problems together
• Help stakeholders with technical issues

What You Will Need To Succeed

• College diploma in Information Systems or equivalent experience and or education
• Knowledge of Active Directory and creation/management of users
• Understanding of network protocols used in LAN and WAN environments including remote connectivity.
• IT helpdesk and/or customer service-related experience considered an asset
• Troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 desktop environments
