Job Description

Kelly’s hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant for a permanent opportunity with our client located in Guelph.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Read, research, and rout correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information
  • Respond to inquiries providing necessary information and redirecting calls when necessary
  • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas
  • Maintain a planning calendar outlining matters to be on the VP’s agenda
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the VP
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners


The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Sound judgement and discretion
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage varied, time sensitive workloads
  • College diploma or certificate in office administration is an asset
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Criminal background check is required
  • Exceptional communication skills while maintaining a calm, sensitive and professional demeanor
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe)
