Job Description
Shift : Daily 8:00 am to 5:00pm. May require additional work hours during production season.


Rate: To be determined based on qualifications & experience.

Golden Town Apple Products – Clarksburg Ontario Plant


Golden Town Apple Products is an apple juice production facility located in the beautiful Blue Mountain region of the Georgian Bay, Ontario.


Reporting to the Director of Operations & Administration, the Accounting, Office & HR Administrator position will be responsible for performing all aspects of accounting, office and human resources for the GTAP facility in a timely manner. He will act as a liaison agent with corporate HR and IT team.


Key Activities


  • Visitor & telephone reception.
  • Prepare export and import documents.
  • Assist the organization/implement meeting and events.
  • Maintain various filing system (computerized and paper).
  • Perform all payroll functions (weekly pay input, monthly and annual reporting).
  • Prepare and receive of courier packages and samples.
  • Perform hiring, training, coaching, disciplinary, termination and maintain personal and training files.
  • Perform accounts receivable and payable, including the apple reception program.
  • Purchase, receive and manage office supplies and equipment.


Education & Experience Required


  • Completion of Grade 12 High School or equivalent.
  • Technical school certificate (or higher) or equivalent training in area of accounting, office and/or human resources administration.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position.


Competencies


  • Strong technical skills to operate and maintain IT equipment and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve.
