The Receptionist/Office Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the office, including responding to telephone calls, emails, and in person inquiries, directing all incoming calls, and coordinating all office needs such as ordering supplies, preparing for meetings, and organizing boardrooms. The ideal candidate will have a client-centric and enthusiastic personality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
