FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
Mantecon Partners is an agile, full-service, multi-disciplinary engineering firm specializing in structural, mechanical, process, electrical, civil engineering and project management. Located in Dundas Ontario, our staff are passionate, innovative and engaged professionals working together in the community.
Working within a fast-paced environment the candidate will be part of helping to grow an expanding business.
Reporting to the financial controller, you are highly organized and detail-oriented person who will be the initial friendly point of contact to our clients and staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Manage company car sign out, staff sign out, equipment sign out as required
- Maintain a master calendar to aid senior staff members in organizing and scheduling both internal and external meetings
- Other related duties as assigned
- Responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, distributing mail and coordinating shipping
- Preparation of reports, proposals, specifications and other correspondence.
- Working independently and with various team members to ensure accuracy and maintenance of the filing system
- Schedule meetings and travel accommodations for senior staff
- Monitor and order office supplies, inventory and equipment as required. Running errands as required.
- Prepare coffee for staff and visitors as required, order food for meetings and events, perform general housekeeping duties to ensure common spaces are in neat working order, such as the main entry, boardroom and kitchen area
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Office, PowerPoint, Excel and InDesign is an asset
- Administration Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
