Job Description

Health Globe Wellness Clinic is looking for a welcoming, organized and professional Receptionist to create an exceptional patient and staff experience at our office in Mississauga (9th Line & Eglinton). Although this position is primarily Reception, assisting the practitioners and Medical Director may be required from time to time. This is a permanent, part-time position with a potential to become full-time.

We are looking for a passionate and driven admin assistant who loves the idea of serving people of all ages in an integrated Health Care facility.

Tuesday 9:30 am – 7:00 pm

Wednesday 12 pm – 6:00 pm

Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday 9:30 am – 2:30 pm

We will contact you to setup a time to meet you in person.

Specialized training will be provided. The ability to stay focused and multitask as well as basic computer skills are important.

Administrative Duties Include, but Are Not Limited to:

  • Manage telephone calls from patients.
  • Speaking Fluent English.
  • Attend and participate at team meetings.
  • Schedule patient and manage patient appointments.
  • Keeping facilities tidy, organized, and cleaned.
  • Working with our EMR system and insurance billing website (Training will be provided)
  • Maintain an accurate and organized front desk and filing system.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare patient files (paper and computer).

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a professional demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience: Administration / Telephones / Front Desk / Customer Service:

Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
