What You’ll Do

Field Effect is on a mission to bring the best cybersecurity to what has been a vastly underserved market, the small to medium business. These companies have either had to spend way over the budget, use tools that were designed for security experts (which they do not have), or simply go without. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team until the end of the year. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates
• Assist with organizing sales events such as Sales Kick-Off and quarterly updates
• Perform data entry and assisting with reporting
• Work collaboratively with global sales and external partner teams to create quotations, generate and process sales orders
• Assist in RFP, RFI requests

Experience & skills we look for:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
• Ability to speak French an asset
• Post secondary degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• 1-2 years' experience supporting global sales teams
• Drive to succeed and participate in the growth of a fast-paced company
• Excellent organization skills, ability to execute multiple initiatives and deliver against deadlines
• Extensive MS Office skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
