-Experience related to channel development and sales management is preferred.

The starting wage for the role is $23 - $28/hour depending on experience.

Receive purchase orders, prepare quotes, set up credit terms, and communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Communicate with internal stakeholders and work with our custom ERP system to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.

Manage our sales tech stack so our team can focus on winning new business

Have experience with lead / opportunity routing workflows and territory planning and account mapping exercises

Define and analyze key sales metrics to inform our go-to-market strategy

Design Salesforce reporting to provide visibility into business performance and unlock future growth areas

Oversee sales pipelines to ensure strong coverage and potential areas of opportunity

Partner cross-functionally with Growth and Marketing to optimize our sales funnels

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Sales or Business supplemented by relevant and meaningful work experience in a related field;

Previous experience working in a growth orientated sales environment with a demonstrated record of achievement. (minimum 5 years);

Gain an advanced proficiency of Brightly products, pricing, invoicing structure, and client contract requirements.

Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Accounting to ensure internal and external order form and client agreement requirements are met.

Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Able to prioritize and manage several proposals simultaneously.

Work with Finance and Sales leaders to build sales incentive programs.

4-7 years of experience working in sales, business or marketing operations, as well as 2+ years experience leading a team.

Startup and/or SaaS experience strongly preferred.

Someone with strong technical, research, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Someone who loves to solve complex problems, work cross-functionally, and build consensus using data, experience and proven best practices.

Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.

Experience with an ERP System, Product Management Software and CRM Software preferred

Goal Oriented – Ability to focus on timebound and critical standard processes and meet stakeholder requirements

1-3 Years related work experience required, Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred

Knowledge of the Chinese language will be an asset

Detail Oriented and able to concentrate for long periods of time

Able to work according to schedule and communicate efficiently and effectively with supervisors and co-workers

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role and environment, preferably within purchasing and/or inventory management.

Experience with MS Office: strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

$50K -$55K plus (3% Bonus) Based on Experience
