Sales And Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting both the sales and marketing functions by coordinating and executing various sales and marketing activities. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

• Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, videos, and website content.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales and lead generation strategies.
• Assist in organizing and attending industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships.
• Create and maintain marketing calendars and schedules, ensuring that all activities are well-coordinated and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Track and report on sales activities and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in managing social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Create and maintain compelling content for web sites, social media accounts and Google My Business
• Ensure the effective use of the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current sales data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data to support marketing efforts, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Coordinate and manage various marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including budget tracking, project coordinating, and vendor management.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales coordination, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi) is an asset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have own transportation and ability to travel.
