Our Marketing & Sales Coordinators use their organization, communication, and management skills to make a meaningful impact within our company and to the fellow team members around them. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator plays an integral role and supports the entire firm by acting as a front-line support to the marketing and sales activities, communicating with potential buyers, driving sales efforts, and providing hands-on coaching to fellow members of the Marketing and Sales team.

As an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will:

• Report to senior management with progress reports and communicate on key deliverables such as presentation rates, new buyers onboarded, and escalation items
• Assist in the training and development for fellow Marketing and Sales members
• Identify areas of improvement in our marketing and sales activities to improve territory management and sales margins
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and buyers to increase referral business and ensure a high level of customer retention
• Execute field marketing and sales campaigns and communicate with prospective buyers
• Deliver thoughtful and engaging product presentations to generate sales

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
• Professional, service-oriented, and assertive
• Excels in a high-volume work environment
• Flexible and succeeds in an environment in which priorities can quickly shift
• Positive can-do attitude and a great team player
• Prior experience in Marketing, Promotions, Branding, Communications, Sales, or Advertising
