Assist in Salefish and Blackline data entry

Sending all additional amendments, replacement cheques and NSF cheques to the lawyer from date of offer up until closing date

Maintaining and updating broker lists

Working at all VIP broker sales events, friends & family events and condo openings/launches(weekdays after regular business hours & weekends)

Typing deals on site or at head office during openings and new releases

Co-operating broker invoices – review, approve

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Work with CMO to build and manage Facebook & Instagram communities to drive engagement and user interaction.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in marketing and sales, especially in building communities around a brand

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Familiarity with CRM systems, (preferably HubSpot CRM). Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub is a plus.

Track the effectiveness of our campaigns and report metrics to upper management

Uphold the highest level of customer experience - guided by “the customer comes first”

1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, brand coordinator or a customer-facing role is preferred

A creative, strategic, and out-of-the-box thinker while working across multiple projects and responsibilities
