Job Description


The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing and medical education activities and programs, such as the development of promotional materials, management of online HCP portals, event management, and insight collection.


Essential duties and responsibilities


Marketing Material & Project Management:

  • Manage marketing material internal approval process, working closely with the Review team for timely submissions and approvals
  • Support the Marketing Managers with the development, project management and organization of specific marketing projects and promotional & training materials
  • Forecast sales material inventory and production in collaboration with Marketing Managers


Manage Corporate Website & Social Media:

  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedbacks
  • Manage and update the Merz Aesthetics Canada Social Media channels
  • Manage and update the corporate website and support Marketing Managers in maintaining brand pages (new branding, new product updates, etc.)


Support of Medical Education and Sales Team:

  • Arrange and execute patient documentation for live injections at events
  • Create and execute follow up surveys for Medical Education
  • Assist in developing and executing HCP contracts, processing payments for HCPs, managing necessary tax forms & collateral for educational events
  • Assist in coordination of Medical Education events in cooperation with National Education Manager, including planning and management of event logistics and travel, event materials, attendee management, etc.


Health Care Provider Educational Platform Coordination:

  • Coordinate local approval of materials
  • Manage budget as it relates to content creation and development
  • Work with cross functional partners, Medical Education & Medical Affairs, to determine content that is relevant to the Canadian market
  • Review materials uploaded by Global and other countries, Canadianize when appropriate
  • Provide “help desk” support to customers inquiring about functionality or content of MAX
  • Manage content on the Canadian HCP educational platform


Conference & Event Coordination:

  • Manage conference and event logistics in cooperation with Marketing Managers, including the planning and management of meetings, travel, and the development of brand and corporate materials


Research & insight collection:

  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest industry trends & competitors
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
  • Assist with market research and advisory boards in collaboration with other Marketing Managers to better understand customer and consumer needs


Performance & ROI Tracking:

  • Assist in monthly brand performance & KPI/ROI tracking


KOL Engagement:

  • Assist in executing the KOL development plan along with the Marketing Managers and across the functional areas

Job related qualifications/Skills


Professional experience

  • Marketing or Project Management experience in Aesthetics, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Strong problem-solving ability and detailed oriented
  • Cross-functional management and collaboration skills
  • Solution oriented and highly creative
  • Insight and data driven with deep curiosity and strong marketing fundamentals
  • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Education

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science
