Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist for Levantar Solution Canada, you will be a key member of the company's business development team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and increase market presence for the company's software products and services. You will be critical in promoting the software solutions, identifying potential clients, and building strong customer relationships. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing skills, and a deep understanding of the software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives.
Identify new sales opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the software solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
2. Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials to promote the software products and services.
Craft persuasive messaging and value propositions to address target customers' needs and pain points.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage upsells, cross-sells, and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer support to enhance overall satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas of improvement and relay these to relevant teams for product enhancements.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for business objectives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create joint initiatives that drive sales leads and brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales and marketing performance in the software industry.
Strong understanding of software products and services and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
