Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Manage the operations of the UBC office.
• Organize Meetings and Events: Plan and execute companywide meetings

and events.

• Moderate Meetings: Lead and oversee a discussion in a meeting and ensure

it runs effectively.

• Distribute Memo: Prepare a concise memo and send it out to relevant par

ties.

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in

support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in administrative/operational support

roles in an office setting.

• Excellent attention to detail and work ethics.
• Work well independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
