Who you are:
You are a dynamic team player who loves working in the financial services industry. Specifically, you enjoy providing administrative services like processing business as well as providing top-notch client service. You have experience working with investments and hold your mutual funds license (IFIC or CSC).
You are known for your excellent client service skills, communication, and organization skills, as well as your high attention to detail.
Other valued qualifications include:
·Experience using Outlook, Zoom, and savvy with technology
·Good knowledge of Salesforce
·Having life insurance experience would be a bonus.

The training period will be in office, for approximately 1 month, after which their will be an optional hybrid model.
What you will be doing:
Administrative Support:answering phones and e-mails, filing, shredding, entering data into SalesForce and solving administrative issues.
Client Meetings: preparing the advisors for client meetings by scheduling meetings with clients, providing all required documentation, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and posting all completed documents to Salesforce.
New Business – Wealth: Provide assistance to process investment transactions and following-up on all outstanding requirements.
Policy Service – Wealth: Provide client service, by setting up new accounts, processing changes such as purchases, redemptions, and PAC’s, keeping them up to date with their new business, explaining implications of certain transactions, updating KYC’s, answering basic questions, informing clients of GIC maturity dates, doing RRIF/LIF illustrations, and creating Morning Star Reports.
Policy Service – Insurance: create illustrations, call clients for missed premiums, process changes such as address, beneficiary and ownership, death claims.
New Business - Life/Health Insurance: expedite the underwriting process by reviewing paperwork, processing insurance business, liaising with underwriters and medical organizations, coordinating medicals with clients and policy delivery.
Teamwork: Support other team members by pitching in where needed.
