Media Investment Assistant Jobs

Assist in the management of investment portfolios, including monitoring asset allocations, performance, and risk exposure.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and portfolio management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of investment software and tools is a plus.

·Experience using Outlook, Zoom, and savvy with technology

·Having life insurance experience would be a bonus.

hold your mutual funds license (IFIC or CSC).

What you will be doing:

New Business - Life/Health Insurance:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Previous administrative/assistant experience in the investment industry would be an asset

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Proactively develop knowledge of the media landscape.

Professional or educational background in Marketing and/or Advertising would give leverage to this application.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.

Accurately maintain client records, media approval documentation, and media purchase contracts.

Managed and conducts team’s goal setting and annual performance appraisals.

Grows the sophistication of the team’s media knowledge, expanding into data and technology through workshops and training seminars.

Drives Media Brand and client adoption of DAN capabilities, e.g. The Story Lab, Dentsu Data Labs, Cardinal Path, ICUC, etc.

6+ years of media planning and/or buying experience focused on Broadcast Channels and 3+ years experience leading a team.

Experience with driving change and ability to think innovatively in developing and executing changes to processes and ways of working.

Previous experience with support new business efforts at the Network or brand level.
