What you will be doing:

New Business - Life/Health Insurance:

Open accounts and manage all documentation requirements;

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), Internet Explorer and contact management software;

Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients;

A minimum of 2 years investment industry experience;

Experience with Dataphile is a definite asset;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Demonstrate advanced face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills;

Open accounts and manage documentation requirements;

Be responsible for all cash management within the team practice, including incoming and outgoing funds, purchases and redemptions of cash equivalents;

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and maintaining/improving CRM databases is an asset;

Registered Representative licensing, including the completion of the Wealth Management Essentials Course, is preferred.

Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and in adherence with regulatory requirements;

Enter trades, experience working with a Portfolio Manager a benefit

Working experience with Dataphile and or Croesus a benefit;

Manage all client documentation (new accounts and maintenance) and ensure document deficiencies for client accounts are kept to zero;

Collect all mail (ingoing and outgoing) and review for meeting compliance requirements;

Experience working within the Financial Services industry;

Great organizational skills and a dependable nature;
