We are looking to add an experienced to our Engineering team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Vice President, Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the VP and ensure seamless operations across the function. An ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter that enjoys developing innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate special projects as required
• Preparation, and/or proofing, of correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, reports, and presentations
• Organize and maintain paper-based and electronic filing systems
• Other duties as directed
• Undertake desktop research for projects and across a range of topics as needed
• Management of executive calendars, travel arrangements, expenses and communications as required
• Stakeholder communication: support in maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including other executives and C-level suite members of the organization
• Provide professional and confidential executive support

Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with executives in an executive assistant or similar role
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to represent the company as an ambassador
• Ability to solve problems with limited support
• Flexible, adaptable, trustworthy, and dependable
• The ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and records retention skills
• Health & Safety conscious individual
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Legally able to work in Canada
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Experience working in Microsoft 365
