Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and purchase of all office supplies and MRO, cross checking deliveries and invoices to ensure ordered supplies are received and accounted for.
Responsible for handling all courier requests both incoming and outgoing.
Assisting with the administrative needs of various departments.
Knowledge of Quick books, creating sales orders, packing slips & invoices.
Knowledge of accounting (accounts Payable/Receivable)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including word and excel.
Attention to detail and the ability to take direction from multiple sources.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to problem solve, multitask, decision make; prioritize and cope with frequent interruptions and deadlines.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, background in supply chain is an asset.
