Human Resources Advisor Jobs

Matrix Camps and Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on a wide range of HR issues including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will play a key role in helping us develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and company-wide benefits plans
• Manage employee performance review processes, working with managers to set objectives, and develop training and development plans
• Manage HR data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection laws and regulations
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, employment law, and best practices for employee relations
• Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies and best practices, and support managers in delivering training to their teams
• Provide support on employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and managing conflict resolution processes
• Manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and coordinating interviews and assessments

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and devise effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of current employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR advisory and support functions
