General Accounting & Payroll Clerk

OMNI Quality Living is a leading provider of seniors living residences in New Brunswick. In our three Greater Moncton locations, we take pride in providing the highest standards of quality, service, and care for our residents. We have an immediate opening for a General Accounting and Payroll Clerk to work from our John Street location.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Create and process invoices, manage receivables, and complete collections in the accounting software

· Process accounts payables invoices and perform vendor reconciliations

· Process bi-weekly payroll

· Other duties as required

Experience/Requirements

· 3 to 5 years of related experience

· Diploma or Certificate in Accounting preferred

· Experience with SAGE 50 Accounting software and Microsoft Excel are required

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Bilingual (English and French) is preferred
