We are currently looking for a Payroll Clerk to join our client's team Moncton, NB. Our client has grown to become a leading manufacturer, providing high-quality HVAC products!
Available Shifts: Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $25.00
Start Date: August 3, 2023
Responsibilities

• Create supporting documentation such as payslips and tax forms
• Ensure all banking information for each employee is correct
• Update salary information when employees receive a raise or bonus
• Verify employee hours worked

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
• Journal Entry
• Clean Criminal Record
• Accounting experience
• Knowledge with Sage 50
• Outstanding accounting and reporting skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Familiar with debit/credit processes
• Strong data processing skills
• Punctual and organized
• Ability to be organized with a strong eye for detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Understands accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
